Did you know that in the UK, cancer is the most common cause of death in children aged 1 to 14 years, accounting for around one-fifth of deaths in this age group?
Every year, 250 children aged 0 to 14 lose their lives to cancer. That's more than 1 child dying every 2 days.
Every year, 1600 children aged 0 to 14 are diagnosed with cancer in the UK. That's almost 5 children diagnosed every day.
CLIC Sargent are a UK charity that support children, young people and their families when they are fighting cancer. They help financially, emotionally and practically. They need donations and fundraising to enable them to help these children and their families.
This November, I am donating 100% of my profits from book sales to CLIC Sargent, to say thank you for the support they gave our family.
